Your satisfaction is very important to us. When your package arrives, we encourage you to check the dress or clothing and confirm that it has been made according to your measurements. Make sure you try on your dress as quickly as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing it.
Damage and issues
Should you receive the wrong item, or a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Send a photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and the order number associated with it. From there, we will assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Order Cancellation
We suggest youcheck the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment.
If you need to cancel the order, and your order has not been shipped, please get in touch with us via email at contact@eastqipao.com, or chat with us in the customer service window on our website. (Note: If you want to cancel the order, please be sure to complete it before shipping).

For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is right and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or cancel the order.
Return & Exchange
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please ensure they are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint. Tags must be intact and attached.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service at contact@eastqipao.com and request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, and undamaged, and all articles in the package must be intact.
If these conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for any incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please mark it as ‘RETURNED GOODS‘ to avoid Customs charges. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made dresses and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that are used, damaged, or have removed labels/tags.
Return Note: Please include a paper note in your package with your order number and reason for return. You can also contact us before returning the item, and we might be able to offer a better solution, reach us at contact@eastqipao.com.
Refund: We issue refunds within 1 business day after receiving the returned items.
