How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, enter billing and shipping information, and proceed to the checkout page, after finished the payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal payment methods, Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-5 days, and delivery can take anywhere from 8-15 business days by standard shipping, 5-7 business days by express shipping. Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to flight schedules or customs inspections. For time-urgent orders, we recommend you selecting the Express shipping to ensure prompt delivery.

We ship to worldwide. Our products are shipped to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, East Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and Africa. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping.

What is your return policy?

For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is right and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or cancel the order.
